Do I own my website?
Your domain, practice name, logo, photos and the words written for your site belong to your practice. We register the domain in your practice's name. Once the build is paid, you can keep using your site's design and code for your practice, even if you leave. We keep ownership of our designs, code and library so we can reuse them for other practices. Library artwork is included only while you're on monthly care, and library Reels only while you're on the Reels plan. If you leave, we hand over your site files and content. Then you either replace the library artwork within 30 days, or keep it with a one-time buy-out equal to three months of care.
Can you move my current website and domain?
Yes. We plan the move so your site stays online, and we keep your existing web address.
Does the website handle patient information?
No. Our sites have no tracking pixels and no forms that store patient messages. Patients call your office or email it directly. If you use online booking or patient forms, they run on your own HIPAA-ready provider, not on our systems.
Do you do SEO?
Every site is built with search basics in place: fast pages, clear titles and descriptions, and a Google Business Profile check. Ongoing local search growth is optional, at $1,350 a month.
What do you need from us?
Your logo, photos of your team and office if you have them, your list of services and the insurance plans you accept. We write the rest with you.
Is there a long contract?
No. The build is a one-time fee. Monthly care is month to month: cancel with 30 days' notice.
